New app enables you to quickly login to locate boards, change messages from the field – now available both iOS and Android devices
Here’s another way that Solar Technology is making using their products quicker and easier for you. We just announced the release of Command Center Mobile Companion – a quicker way to access the fleet management software included on all SolarTech traffic safety signs. The app enables SolarTech board users to access Command Center using a 4-digit pin number, replacing the slower browser-website-username-password login procedure.

By accessing Command Center, SolarTech traffic safety sign users can ensure that the right message is displayed, can change and schedule message from the field, and can maintain a log of what message was displayed, and when. Command Center also allows users to see the battery status and other remote diagnostics, which means their repair and maintenance crews have the info they need before traveling to the sign.
The app will also send automatic notifications to the device with the downloaded app. Notifications include if the sign is moved, if power fails, and if the battery is low. This enables the worker to be alerted to potential issues with the boards.
