Due to an increasing volume of sales, SolarTech has added staff and created new offices to accommodate them. Previously, the Customer Service personnel had been in separate rooms. The new arrangement allows for easier communication among the team members, and a quicker response to your questions.
New staff members joined the Engineering, Parts and Customer Support departments. The second floor of SolarTech’s headquarters, has been remodeled into a new conference/training room, staff kitchen and Customer Service suite… with space for future growth.
Next time you speak to Sebastian, Danette, Tyler or any member of the staff, welcome them to their new space. Know that they are here to make your experience with SolarTech the best possible.
