Customer Service Manager
Gary has been in Customer Service since 2003, and is now the team leader. In his spare time, he is the Assistant Scout Manager for Boy Scout Troop 72 and President of the Board for Boy Scout Camp Spirit in Fogelsville. Gary also designed and built his own house in 1985-87.
John has been with SolarTech since 2004 and worked previously in the Assembly and Paint departments. He also assisted in Q&A, Electronics and Shipping departments.
In his free time, John overhauls cars: transmissions, engines, body work, paint — the works. He estimated that, since the age of 16, he has redone 22 cars.
Mike was hired in 2017 and is working flexible hours while he completes his BA in Computer Science from Lehigh County Community College. He previously worked summers in the SolarTech shop. Mike has been interested in computers and technology since he got his first computer in 2008.
Sue has been a mainstay of the SolarTech Customer Service department since she was hired in 2000. Sue handles the paperwork — quotes and invoices — and deals with warranty issues. Sue enjoys going on overnight trips with her husband Tom to browse antique shops.
Danette was hired in 2016 as a Customer Service Administrator, working with parts and return authorization paperwork. Danette used to own a catering company, and still caters for special occasions and church functions. She thanks her Slovak and Hungarian parents for her love of cooking and her culinary skills.
