Solar Technology has a comprehensive 5-Year Limited Warranty, one of the best warranties in our industry. It may cover the replacement of the component you need. By giving us your equipment’s serial number, we’ll be able to tell you what’s covered.
To start the process of ordering a part, begin with a calling or emailing to the SolarTech Support Team.
When contacting us, please include your unit’s serial number — the last 6 digits of the VIN number stamped on the metal plate attached to the frame. This number will tell us the make, model, repair history and parts inventory for this unit.
Ask for the Support Team and explain what part you need and give the tech your serial number. You can describe the part or send a cell phone photo. Occasionally, our technician may send you a parts diagram to confirm which part is needed.
Our technician will ask for a shipping address. If you company has multiple locations, know which address where the part should be sent.
SolarTech will give you a quote for the part – often during the initial phone conversation. If the part is not covered by our warranty, the quote will be sent by email or fax.
