Its great to hear that you are happy with the Parts and Repair processes \u2013 and equally valuable to hear what improvements we might make.<\/p>\n<p>You can read the comments on the Customer Support pages.<\/p>\n<p>We also drew the name of one survey responder to award a Starbuck coffee card, and the winner is Dawn Baldwin from Williams County EMA. Congratulations, Dawn! Her entry included this wonderful quote:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe instruction on the phone were very helpful; the printed instructions on troubleshooting were very easy to follow; the repair and return was made within the week. EXCELLENT SERVICE!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Note: the winner\u2019s name is selected randomly and does not need to have a comment, but we were particularly pleased that we can share Dawn\u2019s comments \u2013 in full \u2013 here.
