Since Solar Technology’s reputation depends on the quality and reliability of our products, we have quality control inspections throughout our entire process, from engineering and design through assembly to the final Quality Control check.
Our Quality Control inspection contains 35 items, and is a top-to-bottom evaluation of every unit as it exits the manufacturing floor.
It includes performance tests to ensure the display modules are lit, and the solar panels and EMS (Energy Management System) are charging, plus tests of the chassis, down to checking that each bolt is torqued correctly.
In addition to our own internal quality control inspections, we are independently audited annually to earn our ISO 9001:2015 Certification. By implementing ISO standards, we adhere to a strict quality management guidelines, to achieve improved efficiency and effectiveness of company operations, and to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to safety, reliability and quality.
We have also achieved CE (“Conformité Européene”) Certification, and our products have been certified in both Canada and the United Kingdom.
