I am pleased to announce a few organizational changes within Solar Technology, Inc. Ed O’Donnell, who has been the VP of Sales & Marketing, Solar Technology, Inc., will be retiring at the end of the year. I would like to extend my thanks to Ed for his amazing contributions over the last 9 years. He has been an exceptional leader and contributor and has left his mark on the organization and the legacy of Solar Technology, Inc.

We will begin transitioning his duties per the following reorganization plan:

Jeremiah Robbins will be the Director of Inside Sales & Technical Support, Solar Technology, Inc. He will lead the inside sales team, customer service team, and continue to drive Business Development and liaison with the Engineering Department. Jeremiah joined the organization in 2022, quickly becoming a product expert and a fantastic liaison between the Sales and Engineering departments.

Cody Nederostek will be the Director, Outside Sales, Solar Technology, Inc. He will lead the Regional Sales Managers and our outside sales groups and will be responsible for driving the volume of all three of our main product lines. Cody joined the organization in 2020 as a Sales Operations & Business Development Specialist for SolarTrak, quickly moving to ITS & Technology Manager and then on to Director of ITS and Telematics.

I could not be more thrilled to promote these rising stars in the industry and I am confident that we will continue AND accelerate our growth plans with their energy, drive, and leadership.
