The Awards Ceremony for the “What’s So Cool about Manufacturing” video contest was held on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem. SolarTech was happy to host Saucon Valley Middle School – and their video won the Creativity Award!

We think the very clever Claymation traffic jam and car wreck swayed the judges. Heres the link. Watch the sheep in the meadow off to the side… he’s a scene stealer!

The event, sponsored by the Manufacturers Resource Center, featured videos made by 30 middle-school teams from 22 districts in Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks and Carbon counties, and encourages middle school students to learn about manufacturing as a potential career.

We were amazed by Saucon Valley’s video, and we’re sure you will be too. Congratulations, team!
