In July, 2013, Solar Technology was re-certified for the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements and that quality is consistently improved.

The benefit to our customers of our participation in the ISO program includes shorter lead times, high delivery reliability, and consistently high quality of services and products.

For example, if a product needs to be returned for a repair, SolarTech not only completes the repair and follows up to make sure the customer is totally satisfied, but also implements the steps necessary to make sure the problem does not happen again.

Assuring Quality

Solar Technology was first awarded ISO-9001 Certification in 2000. In 2002, CE (Conformité Européenne) Certification was awarded, meaning that all our equipment has been independently tested and CE certified, assuring the quality design and manufacture of our products, and that our products are approved for sale in the European market.
