The most important way is to have your sign’s Serial Number at hand when you call. The serial number is the last 6 digits of the VIN number, found on a metal plaque on the chassis (see photo… the serial numbers are the metal-stamped numbers).

By knowing your serial number, our tech knows how the sign is configured and other useful details, and can respond more accurately.
