And the Winner is…

We recently tabulated the results of our 3rd Quarter Parts and Repairs Survey and, as we hoped, we had some great comments and a few suggestions… thank you for both! Its great to hear that you are happy with the Parts and Repair processes – and equally valuable to hear what improvements we might make.

We also drew the name of one survey responder to award a Starbuck coffee card, and the winner is Dawn Baldwin from Williams County EMA. Congratulations, Dawn! Her entry included this wonderful quote:

“The instruction on the phone were very helpful; the printed instructions on troubleshooting were very easy to follow; the repair and return was made within the week. EXCELLENT SERVICE!”
