Solar Technology, in general, is fortunate to have a stable workforce with little turnover. We are enthusiastic supporters of Lehigh County Technical Institute, and offer both Shadowing and Internship programs for their technical trades students, and often hire graduates, but we are also looking for experienced technical workers.
