Solar Technology has a 5 Year Warranty, and has since 2009. It may cover the replacement of the component you need. By giving us your equipment’s serial number, we’ll be able to tell you what’s covered.
To start the process of ordering a part, begin with a calling, filling out a form, or emailing to the SolarTech Support Team.
Ask for the Support Team and explain what part you need and give the tech your serial number. You can describe the part or send a cell phone photo. Occasionally, our technician may send you a parts diagram to confirm which part is needed.
Our technician will ask for a shipping address. If your company has multiple locations, let us know which address where the part should be sent.
SolarTech will give you a quote for the part – often during the initial phone conversation. If the part is not covered by our warranty, the quote will be sent by email or fax.
