The Repair and Return Process
Warranty Repairs
Solar Technology has a comprehensive 5 Year Limited Warranty, one of the best in our industry. LED lamps used in arrow boards have a 10-year warranty.
Our products are warranted against damages caused by material and workmanship defects, occurring during a normal use and under the conditions for which the products are designed. There are some exceptions, such as accidents, intentional misuse, acts of nature, etc. If your product is covered, your repairs and return shipping will be free of charge. Repair Procedure
Step 1: Contact Technical Support by calling 610-391-8602.
Before you ship a part to us, we will tell you if the repair is covered under our warranty.
You will receive two forms by email or fax:
- a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form to return with the part and –
- a pre-addressed Address Label to adhere to the shipping box.
Step 2: Determine the cost.
After receiving and analyzing the problem, the tech team will determine if the repair will be covered by our 5-year warranty.
- If it is covered, you will not receive an invoice when the repair is completed.
- If there will be a cost, you will receive a Repair Quote by email or fax. Simply return the approved quote and the repair will proceed.
Step 3: Problem solved.
Once the repair is completed, the part will be returned to you and, if not covered by warranty, an invoice will be sent.
