Solar Technology, Inc. of Allentown, PA has been ranked 23rd on the list of Lehigh Valley Business’ 2015 Fastest Growing Companies. With 15,000 businesses in the Lehigh Valley, we’re pretty excited about this recognition.

The award program, produced by Lehigh Valley Business, the local business news publication, was presented by Baker Tilly and sponsored by Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation. The award celebrates the Lehigh Valley’s most dynamic companies who progressively contribute to the success of the region’s economic growth and stability. Both size of revenue and revenue growth from fiscal year 2012 to 2014 were taken into consideration in awarding the rankings.

Known for innovations in solar-powered signs, SolarTech holds multiple patents in both LED technology and dynamic message board technology. In addition to manufacturing traffic safety equipment, SolarTech also offers SolarTrak, an affordable GPS/online fleet management solution that tracks construction equipment.

The rankings were announced and the awards presented on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at DeSales University. John Hayes, V.P., Sales, accepted the award in behalf of the SolarTech owners and staff. Bob Miller, V.P., Operations, also attended the ceremony.
